Exchange, Returns and Refunds

Irie Gifts is a community-based marketplace made up of independent sellers who manage and run their own stores.

In simple terms, Irie Gifts is one big store containing smaller stores run by individual sellers.

When you shop on Irie Gifts, you are buying direct from an independent seller, who store their own inventory and manage their orders.

Shoppers should initially contact the seller if they have a question or experience an issue;

In accordance with US and European law artwork can only be returned if the product is defective or damaged as each artwork is printed to order.

  • Products which are defective or damaged will be immediately exchanged.

Packaging returns

Before initiating a return, please first contact the seller, items need to be returned to the return postage address shown on the packaging.

Please package returns with care to ensure the safe return of the item.

Packaging returns with care reduces the chances of damage in transit and will assist the seller with processing of the return.

Sellers cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

  • For items valued over Β£50, we recommend sending returned items via a track-able signature required delivery service.
  • For items valued Β£100 or more, we recommend items are insured to the value of the item and a track-able signature required delivery service is used.

Please note, refusal of delivery of a parcel is not always a track-able means of return. Shoppers should accept delivery of the item they wish to return.
